What you do:

• Send raw voice notes or journaling (via OTTER AI and/or transcript & summary using GPT).

This could be:

• Reflections after breathwork or walks
• Stories from your own journey
• Insights from retreats, sessions, or moon phases
• Emotional downloads, rants, or quiet musings

Frequency: Ideally once a week during your Saturday or Sunday creative space — but only when it flows. No pressure.

Optional: Label your notes with a quick energy tag — e.g. “teaching,” “soft reflection,” “storytelling,” “call to action.”

Content Creator’s Role: The Translator + Story Weaver

What they do:

• Listen to each voice note in full — first for emotion, then for structure.
• Transcribe the raw audio into text and identify the core message or energy.
• Decide the format based on the note’s tone:
  • Is it best as a carousel? Reel script? Caption? Email? Quote post?
• Refer to our content strategy/ goals to ensure you have a good balance of content types and effective CALL TO ACTIONS that will achieve our goals
