- It’s time to put some of the understanding from the exercise above and set goals for your Social Media game. Some example of Social Media goals are:
- Increasing Brand Awareness
- Driving Website Traffic
- Building Customer Engagement
- Generating Leads
- Showcasing Product or Service Offerings
- Establishing Thought Leadership
- Improving Customer Support
- Once you have identified your primary goals, set a timeline, go to “plan” section below the goals database, create tasks there and assign goals to each task to stay on track.
- The progress gets calculated automatically when the Goal tracker on “Results” page is updated in “Tracking” section.
